lack of spacebrick wall view
the room i booked, a 'beautiful double or twin room,' was shockingly tiny. maneuvering around the bed was like an obstacle course. the promised 'city view' turned out to be a charming vista of a brick wall. the lack of space, brick wall view really detracted from what could have been an okay stay.

poor soundproofing
The soundproofing was also not ideal. I could clearly hear conversations in the corridor, impacting the quietness of the room. The service was also a bit unprofessional. It took several attempts to get assistance with luggage during checkout.
