helpful staff convenient location excellent breakfast lift noise closed bar expired chocolates
the hotel staff seemed genuinely interested in us, their visitors. its location is very convenient, perfect for exploring. breakfast was AMAZING!!! dennis cooked for us and was an excellent chef.
the lift. i wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but it was closed even though i read it was open until late. the chocolates in my room were expired, and there was no air conditioning so it was very hot

superb location friendly staff helpful staff kind staff
the location is superb! the staff was friendly and accommodating. markéta and ahmet were especially helpful and kind. ilya's service every evening stood out, really good!!!
i did notice the tea cups needed a bit more attention to cleanliness during an evening tea.

the hotel featured a sky bar with staff who danced and enjoyed working together. breakfast was downstairs to facilitate carrying plates. there was also a welcome drink that was appreciated.

malfunctioning temperature spotify ads
Upon arrival, the room's temperature control was malfunctioning, and staff LIED about it. Sky bar music was interrupted due to ads. They clearly had not invested in Spotify Premium. the room door did not open fully. It was a SIGNIFICANT inconvenience.

the hotel staff was courteous and professional. breakfast was excellent with many options. the general atmosphere felt nice. i did appreciate that the location was central.
The room felt small for the price. I did not feel it matched the value. the hotel is listed as 5 stars, though the facilities was like a normal hotel. access to the hotel with luggage was difficult. taxis could not get near the entrance, inconvenient.

fantastic stay!
great breakfast rooftop view balcony family room
the family room with a balcony on the second floor worked well for our group. the rooftop views are indeed lovely! the windows kept out most of the street noise. the breakfast selection stands out as one of the best i've had at a hotel, it was varied and fresh.
I found that the room temperature was difficult to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold? this made it a little uncomfortable at times, especially during the night. i had some issues with maintaining a comfortable temperature.

the hotel benefits from a central location. many shops and restaurants are nearby. guests can easily reach the main square within a short walk. access to public transportation is also convenient.

the reception staff are generally very friendly and helpful. marketa and her team are consistently positive and service-minded. the staff at the sky bar are nice and friendly. the staff ensures guests feel at home upon arrival!

our spacious room included a separate roll-top bath and shower. the led lighting added to the ambiance, with adjustable colors. the room provides comfortable beds, ensuring a restful sleep. the windows offer good soundproofing, minimizing street noise.
