the hotel used a confusing elevator system for accessing different areas.

the arrival was smooth, from the doorman to the front desk. breakfast included a large variety of options and made to order items. dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good with excellent service. the hotel features great spots to relax in the sun, swim, and enjoy the day both inside and outside, it was nice.

the hotel is not too close to the busiest part of the city though it remains perfectly walkable to every main attraction! the view from the hotel cannot be beat, providing amazing sights. it was easy to access.

The breakfast included many choices (i especially enjoyed the fruit!). The staff offered waterside assistance with umbrellas and loungers. My room had good storage space with comfortable beds. The provided linen seemed like very good quality.
I found one usb port in the room. There were no USB-C ports for modern devices.

The room looked directly at a nearby wall. It felt a bit claustrophobic.

I really liked the sushi at the Palm restaurant. Jeylin, the waitress, was very kind. She helped us choose both sushi and cocktails. The restaurant's atmosphere seemed both elegant and relaxing.
The mini bar did not have a corkscrew. The staff informed me these get stolen. They offered to send someone to open the bottle, but could not leave a corkscrew.
