The hotel features multiple swimming pools I found wonderful. The staff seemed pleasant. The room was clean I saw an amazing view from it towards the sea.
The food at the pool restaurant tasted bad. The service at the pool area also felt horrible. I ordered several menu items and the quality disappointed me.

the location offered great views. the staff were helpful . the bus stop located in front of the building made transportation simple.
the mini fridge was full of overpriced items (i did not put my things in it). i found the toiletries not replenished sufficiently. i noticed stains on the curtains within my room.

The hotel provided a good-sized indoor pool. i appreciated the availability of scuba diving with dive masters at the hotel. They departed and returned by boat directly from the hotel. the steam room and sauna were good.
The air conditioning did not work properly. Barely any air came out of the unit. the temperature could not be controlled. they did not replenish the water, tea, or cups . A note in the minibar asked guests to call housekeeping if anything was needed.

The room lacked enough space. The small closet only included hangers. I also found there was no place to put clothes, annoying. The hotel overall seems a bit outdated.
