cozy hotel nespresso machine quality fixture
The room included a Nespresso machine and a tea maker. The bathroom featured quality fixtures. The lift made a slight judder but I used the stairs mostly.

warm welcome friendly staff comfortable stay helpful staff
i received a warm welcome, and the staff worked hard to accommodate us! our stay lasted three nights and i found it very comfortable! the staff was friendly! they even helped store our luggage, which i really appreciated!
the hotel was a tad too expensive for what it offered. i didn't like that so much. otherwise the hotel was wonderful.

The room, though clean, felt cramped. the space barely allowed for luggage. the air conditioning struggled, resulting in some uncomfortable nights. the breakfast was a very basic affair. The pastries tasted stale, i found the experience underwhelming.

i found the location to be excellent. the alley was quiet, ensuring peaceful sleep at night. just across the street, a lively area provided access to numerous shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. the proximity to transport links with a touch of history added value to my stay.
The tiny elevator required multiple trips for families. This was inconvenient. the toilets seemed designed for smaller individuals. i found them quite small.

i found the staff quite helpful . the breakfast had a wide selection of items to choose from each morning. the room was also a good size for a city hotel. the reception staff were friendly at check in.
the elevator was quite small i noticed. families may need to take multiple trips when using it. i could see this might be an issue for some guests.
