the staff was pleasant especially the young man. he carried my suitcase. the room was very clean. decoration maintained the character of this place. toiletries and body lotion was great. i could see the cathedral spire from my window. the bed was huge and comfortable.

the location was convenient for exploring the area..
The room felt stuffy. Only a small window was available for ventilation and the kitchen's loud exhaust fan made it hard to get a good night's sleep. hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between cold and scalding without warning. i found no easily accessible outlets to charge my devices. I had to unplug the coffee maker to charge my phone..

the hotel is very close to the iconic cathedral it is literally across the road from ann's entry gate it provides easy access to historic sites and nearby attractions i found it very convenient.

my room had a generous hospitality tray with a kettle for tea and coffee it also had biscuits there were toiletries and body lotion in the bathroom the towels were lovely and fresh and of a generous size.
