The staff were friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were spacious, super clean, and comfortable. there were a lot of food options even for vegetarians, and every day brought something different. desserts were excellent with lots of variety! halloween decorations turned the pool red, a unique touch. I certainly enjoyed that extra effort.

The suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, a living room, and a balcony. the living room has a couch, coffee table, tv, and a table and chairs. the room included a kettle and cups, with coffee, milk, and sugars restocked daily. I found this very convenient.

the hotel pool area offers plenty of beds. an outdoor bar is available, and there is also an indoor pool area. a decked seating area provides sea views right by the outdoor bar with direct access to the sea. this setup suited all my needs!

Amazing Family Holiday!

The reception staff was very friendly and thorough, answering every question we asked. Our suite was massive, with a walk-in wardrobe and a living room with a couch, coffee table, and TV. The balcony was also great, equipped with tables, chairs, and a bed.
The pool area is too small for the number of guests. Unless you wake up early, finding a sun lounger is nearly impossible. The hotel does not permit inflatables, disappointing for the kids.

The food had so much variety daily and the restaurant was amazing. The all-inclusive options were the best I have seen. The friendly bar and restaurant staff really elevated the dining experience for everyone.

Our room featured a separate living area, a kettle, and cups. The staff restocked coffee, milk, and sugars daily, useful. The cleaning staff was always around the hotel, maintaining everything, what a great service!

The hotel has an outdoor bar and an indoor pool area. A decked seating area offers a sea view right by the outdoor bar with access to the sea. The animation team created a lovely atmosphere. They provide different activities all day too.

The food was okay, but i found the meat selection quite limited. i mostly saw chicken wings and the sausages seemed undercooked, a big disappointment. also, there wasn't much enforcement of hand hygiene when entering the restaurant. i think the hotel seriously needs more sunbeds. the pool area is far too small for the number of guests. I think this hotel is overrated.
