Solid Stay Near Golf Course

I had a very large room and a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the location was quiet. I appreciated that. The golf course was an excellent feature. I enjoyed it a lot.
One member of the reception staff was not very helpful. I found this disappointing.

i found the spacious rooms quite excellent, especially the executive golf course double room we occupied, it presented a lovely view. the complimentary bottle of fizz was a pleasant surprise upon arrival, it added a touch of elegance to the stay. easy parking access made coming and going very convenient.
The absence of chardonnay in the bar was noticeable. I found this surprising for a hotel of this standard.

The staff was amazing and readily rectified issues without hesitation. in the restaurant, mick and senner ensured special dietary needs were met. the attentiveness enhanced the dining experience. I appreciated their dedication.

The room was spacious (a double room) and clean. the spa visit included an excellent grounding ritual. therapist liz put me completely at ease during my treatment. She knew so much about the lymphatic system.
i found that the pool area needs some attention. the jacuzzi is falling apart with many mosaic tiles missing. it felt tepid, and the bubbles were absent, with no sign indicating it was out of order.

the staff was really friendly and efficient (which i always appreciate). the leisure center was excellent, though i heard the gym was temporarily closed. i'm glad i could still access other facilities.
when i arrived, i noticed the room was not quite ready. there was a large party, so it was hard to get to the bar. it made waiting for the room a bit less enjoyable, though it all worked out in the end.
