adequate but some issues
non-functioning air conditioning poor bedding
The location was advantageous for exploring. It was easy to reach various points of interest.
The air conditioning system was not functioning. I was charged extra for a cup of tea. This felt excessive given the overall cost of the stay. The bedding quality was poor, with visible wear and tear.

good variety nice room laundry service bathroom flooding
the breakfast had a good variety. the location is good for walking to various places. the room was very nice.
none of the receptionists seemed to know about the laundry service. one receptionist told me it was not available. the bathroom flooded every time i showered.

easy arrival ferry calm location friendly staff water damage leaking ceiling old fixtures
The hotel had a great location for easy arrival and departure by ferry. I found the area calm yet central, a nice balance. The room I stayed in was beautiful and large. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I stayed in room #209 from June 5th to June 7th in 2024. The ceiling was leaking water. Towels had been placed on the floor to soak up the drip. I could see existing water damage on the wall. I wondered how long this issue existed and why they put people in this room.
