Riccardo welcomed us upon arrival. He explained everything, offered a map, and suggested restaurants. The breakfast included cappuccino, espresso, milk options, and croissants. Mateo and other waiters at the bar, open from 5pm, prepared drinks we loved.
Housekeepers knocked despite the do not disturb sign being displayed.

The hotel location is convenient. It sits on the main walkway between the train station and St Marco. Rooms are relatively big.
The housekeepers did not acknowledge the "Do not disturb" sign. On the second day, they knocked on the door three times while the sign was displayed. They came into our room directly on the third day, even though the sign was on, and we were out.
