The staff was cute. They accommodated our late check-in. A fantastic range of options were available for breakfast. Alessandro answered all emails promptly. Federico and Pierre provided restaurant recommendations and booked a water taxi to the airport.
The room was slightly dark. The lighting was limited, but that was not a big issue.

The hotel is easily accessible from the nearest boat stop without many steps. A garden provides a spot to relax after a long day. Breakfast is served in a very nice room.

the staff was helpful and booked us a private water taxi to the airport (they even walked us to the pick-up point). i found the location fantastic and quite close to the main attractions.
the mini fridge made a slight noise at night (but i slept fine).

the hotel's location offered convenience. the staff was friendly. hans at the front office helped with the luggage. your dinner suggestion was superb.
the separate building is in a slightly neglected alley. i could hear a lot of noise at night. noises came from other tenants and appliances such as air conditioning, though not in use, and the mini fridge.
