convenient and clean stay

good service convenient place clean facility attentive staff

I found the service and housekeeping quite good. My questions were answered kindly. this location offers many nearby dining and recreational options, which i found quite convenient. the facility looked very super clean and cozy. the staff was professional and attentive. i thought the breakfast service was amazing!!!

the room looked to show some age with small dings. i noticed some dents and patches throughout both the hallway and room. otherwise, my stay was very good!

mr. marcus made a wonderful welcome at breakfast! i found the food to be delicious, with plenty of choices. the attentive service in the bar and grill was also a highlight.

my king room had a decent amount of space because of the building's shape. the beds were comfortable and i was able to rest well. the room was mostly clean, a detail i always appreciate.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

connecting rooms tasty breakfast transportation issues laundry problem

the staff at check-in were really helpful and nice. they made sure my family had connecting rooms. there were enough towels in the rooms and breakfast was tasty. my kids especially enjoyed making waffles.

i was told there was transportation to universal. i got a sheet with bus times with a note that said it was first come first serve. the next morning, i learned i needed to put my name on a list to ride the bus. the laundry was out of order and did not seem to be getting fixed.

Great stay near everything!!!

Finding parking was easy. There was plenty available. The outside areas seemed well kept. As soon as I got to the counter, the staff greeted me. The location is CENTRAL. Attractions and various restaurants are nearby.
