great club room comfortable bed clean room
the club level definitely exceeded my expectations. the club room was great, and the staff were lovely. the beds were huge and very comfortable, and the rooms were quite clean. i stayed in a room that offered great views of both the pool and the park..
i was surprised to find that the club level was not available after checkout. i was told earlier that day it would be available all day. sadly, the front desk declined my request for an exception.

The location provided easy access to the theme parks. The water taxi service was very convenient. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful.
The room I had was a bit dated. The bathroom seemed small for a double room suitable for a family. There was noise from the connecting door.
