a generally positive experience
helpful staffwell coordinated staffdifficult check-inbad wifi
the hotel staff, they was very helpful and knowledgable. they are also well coordinated, for example, i told the staff i needed an airport taxi early the next morning. by the next morning, another staff member was already at the counter even before the opening hours. she told me the taxi waited downstairs and all the bills was settled.
check-in was difficult because the gate outside the residential building requires a pin to open, and i waited outside for a long time. the wifi signal was so bad that i needed to stand in the corridor to connect. i don't like that.

The staff gave recommendations during breakfast. It was convenient.
Finding the hotel was a little adventure. The sign was small and unlit. I felt unsafe while waiting for someone to open the gate, given that no code was provided. The room was a compact double not suitable for a twin. There was only one seat and a poorly designed bedside table. Design over function is just annoying.

mixed feelings about the stay
easy accessweak wi-fiindifferent staff
the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to some attractions.
The room was disappointing. It felt quite cramped and dark. the wi-fi signal was terribly weak. I had trouble staying connected. the staff seemed indifferent to my connectivity issues and offered no real solutions.

the staff was friendly enough and did respond quickly when i asked for something.
the room was really small, smaller than i thought. the bathroom shower was not clean when i arrived and there were hairs in it. also, the breakfast area felt cramped, like it was squeezed into a small corner.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated how they stored my luggage before check-in. the included breakfast offered a good variety. Scrambled eggs were a highlight. the cappuccino WAS VERY GOOD
