the location was good, i guess. it was close to stuff, or so i'm told.
the view from my 'double room balcony' was just sad, seriously sad. i looked out on what i believe was a collection of air conditioning units. it was less a 'view' and more a metal graveyard. the noise outside, ugh, was so loud i barely slept.

a great stay

spacious roomnice perkuncomfortable bed
the room i got was very spacious and i found it so clean. i received $40 to use for the mini-bar, and that was a nice perk. the location is great as it is right off 5th avenue, a quick walk to major attractions.
the hot hallways were not so great. the bed was terribly uncomfortable and i struggled to sleep each night. the water heater was insanely hot.

the staff was always ready to help me with a smile. i really appreciated that they were very fast when i requested assistance. the concierge provided quick help.

my room had fresh towels every day, and they were neatly arranged. the bed was made perfectly each morning, and the linens felt so soft. i also had a small fridge.

The minibar policy felt restrictive. Only a small daily credit was available. the room i stayed in faced an internal courtyard. The view wasn't good. also, i found that the noise levels from the street were higher then i liked. the bed was'nt as comfy as i expect.
