The staff was super friendly and helpful (george was a star!). i loved how close i was to everything, especially times square. i really appreciated that they held my luggage after checkout so i could explore without being weighed down. the cleanliness was great. I found everything super clean.

the location was superb. i also found the complimentary water bottles a nice touch and they were replenished daily, i appreciated that.
The elevator seemed a bit older. It sometimes had door malfunctions!

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i was able to check into my room earlier, a great relief after a long trip. the location is really crazy busy, but also fun. the proximity to attractions is amazing..
the hallways and rooms felt quite dark to me.
