I found the location convenient. Getting around was really simple. ms. karma from the front desk was especially helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. I appreciated her a lot!!!

i was happy to find the location very convenient. the room was clean and a good size. i found the pillows especially comfy, a nice bonus.
the front desk staff were not very friendly. my sister had to identify herself repeatedly. the concierges lacked knowledge of the area.

great location
the hotel located close to central park. times square was about fifteen minute walk. the staff was friendly and accommodating. whenever i walk past the front desk, everyone says welcome or hello.

our beautiful king studio was spacious and clean. we got a nice view of the city. the room has nice tilework, a strong shower, and good amenities.

good meal in the middle eastern restaurant attached. i couldn't put it on my room. this was a little annoying. there are many restaurants nearby.
