superb location delicious coffee dirty carpet unfriendly staff
The location was superb! The breakfast had many tasty items and delicious coffees. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
The carpet in the room looked to be dirty. Also the room did not have a coffee maker. The staff were polite, but not overly friendly, surprising.

prime location clean room friendly staff
i stayed in this hotel for a few nights. the location is unbeatable! it's so close to the ponte vecchio (literally steps away!) and many other attractions. the room was very clean and well-kept, i really appreciated that. the breakfast buffet (especially the pastries!) had a great variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. it was such a pleasant stay.
the elevator was a bit slow, i sometimes took the stairs instead.

The breakfast buffet had a great spread. The coffee was excellent and there were many pastries. fresh fruit and yogurt options were abundant (a real plus!). the breakfast room had an excellent painted ceiling.

Okay Location, Unimpressive Room
small room uncomfortable cot
I was not impressed with the room I got. The room was far too small, especially given the price. It was like they tryed to put me in a storage closet. The 'bed' was more like a cot and terribly uncomfortably, not a way to relax after a long day. I wouldn't stay here again because of the room.
