the check-in was really quick. the receptionist was lovely! the room was clean and well equipped. the towels were big and fluffy!!!

great location many choices friendly staffs
location was really great for getting around. the breakfast had lots of choices that i like. the staffs friendly attitude at check in and check out. they explained everything clearly, so i knew what to expect .
the receptionist announced my room number very loudly.

the location suited my needs perfectly , allowing easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the friendly staff , they offered helpful directions. the hotel provided secure parking, a reassuring factor. the beds were very comfortable , ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day.
i found that the gym lighting was not fully functional, a slight inconvenience.

I found the location ideal. It was easy to walk to various restaurants. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options, including vegan choices for my partner. the staff, especially manav and kai, were very helpful (always a plus!).
The room got quite cold. Even with the heating on, it struggled to warm up properly.

I found the room spacious, it had a super clean bathroom. The gym was well-equipped. The hotel location is great, close to restaurants and entertainment. The staff provided helpful and knowledgeable service.
My room had an issue, the door lock looked smashed. It seemed like there was a break in, this.

the staff were helpful and efficient especially during breakfast service i was impressed with the location near the train station making travel simple the room had ample space and included useful amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom was clean and well equipped.
the lift was a bit slow at peak times.

the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the staff were very cute and provided quick assistance with all requests. i liked the cleanliness of my room and the efficiency of the check-in process.
the temperature controls in the room were difficult to adjust correctly i had a bit of trouble finding a comfortable setting
