“The hotel's central location provides direct access to Lyon's vibrant dining and shopping scene, while the well-appointed, quiet rooms offer a comfortable retreat. I found the staff exceptionally helpful, particularly with requests like kettles for tea, a thoughtful touch for British guests, and the distinctive pool area, built into medieval foundations, is a real highlight.”
