The staff seemed disinterested during check-in. our room felt average and small. the furniture was old. i found that there wasn't a tea kettle in the room.

The location is really good. It is close to many areas.
The staff was not attentive at check-in. i waited 15 minutes, and the staff seemed indifferent. I found it very rude. I experienced a very slow ride.

mixed feelings about my stay
missing kettle
The check-in process wasn't smooth. The staff seemed a bit preoccupied with their phones. i waited a while, and then they just gave me a key without much explanation. also, my room didn't have a tea kettle. it was disappointing to not have that convenience!
