I found my stay to be pleasant. The double bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains also ensured a good night's rest. The bathtub with a shower was perfect for a warm soak after a long day of travel.

I sent out clothing for laundry service, and all items were damaged in some way. Some shirts shrank. Another shirt ended up with a large yellow stain. I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through.

I was a little disappointed with the bathroom. there was no hand soap provided at the sink, only shower gel. i also noticed the shower head had some limescale build-up. It needs attention. the minibar prices were also quite high and they lacked a comprehensive variety of choices.

I stayed in a classic double room city view. the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch, replenished each evening. the breakfast buffet featured freshly cooked eggs and a wide selection of items. the location was ideal. It was near the city center and close to the metro.

i found the ac wasn't working efficiently.
