Central Location with Excellent Service
room upgrade friendly staff attentive service central location
The reception staff offered an upgrade to a club room upon arrival. Marta was an really good staff member. Breakfast service was attentive. The hotel is located very centrally. It is close to many shops and restaurants.
The bath lacked an overflow. The room flooded slightly.

The room featured a bed that I found to be very nice. I had difficulty leaving it in the morning. The room felt spacious. It included everything I needed for my stay.

helpful staff excellent breakfast great service shabby room dingy feel poor maintenance
The staff member, Zeenab, stood out. She were very good too assist us and showed genuine interest in our weekend plans. Such customer service elevates a stay from good to great. Breakfast was very good.
The room felt a little shabby. The hotel feels somewhat dingy overall. It seems maintenance could be improved. There were scratches on the wardrobe doors.

Really good Hotel Stay
stylish decor attentive staff excellent breakfast
I appreciated the stylish decor throughout the hotel. It created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive and helpful , from check-in to assisting with requests. The breakfast was excellent (especially the pancakes!). There was a wide variety of options available.
I found the special plugs used for the side lights inconvenient, as there was no standard UK plug socket near the bed. I had to request an extension lead to plug in a device. This seemed like an unnecessary change from standard sockets.

The room was well-appointed with many amenities that enhanced my experience. It was also a good size, providing ample space for relaxation and movement. I found the bed to be really comfy guaranteeing a restful night's sleep.

The brasserie offered a delicious set menu that was also good value (I appreciated the variety!). The food was well-prepared and presented. The restaurant's atmosphere added to the overall dining experience.

The hotel enjoys a great location, and getting into town was easy. It is super close to Call Lane, great for our plans. Nearby parking was also easy to access and conveniently located.

the location was convenient. the room had a large bed and pillows that were super comfy. the breakfast was delicious (especially the cocktails!).
the staff seemed disinterested in guests. some tables in the bar were dirty. staff wore jeans and casual wear, so they looked scruffy.
