superb services and clean room

helpful staff personal jacuzzi moroccan tea

the reception staff and the pool guy were amazing they did everything for us. i really liked the fast assistance and friendly approach. i enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a personal jacuzzi. they welcomed me with moroccan tea and biscuits plus help with the luggage to my room.

the food options did not quite meet my high expectations i think i should do more research to find better alternatives nearby.

my room was really huge and super clean and it overlooked the beautiful pool area i found that very relaxing. large bottles of water fruit and pastries were waiting for me in the room on my arrival it was a lovely surprise. the bed was very comfortable.

the spa was divine i had three amazing treatments i especially enjoyed the hammam with scrub and head massage. the breakfast had plenty of choices and something for all tastes and preferences which i thought was great. i liked these services.

attentive staff spacious room surprise arrival

Mohamed was attentive and helpful. He ensured my needs were met. The room was spacious and overlooked the beautiful pool area. I found large bottles of water and pastries upon arrival (a lovely surprise!).

The music was loud because there was a nightclub nearby. I could hear it clearly in my room, so it was hard to sleep well.

The room was super clean and very spacious. The balcony offered A BEAUTIFUL view. The restaurant had a wide variety of fresh food. The breakfast was especially fantastic with numerous options.
