Really good Hotel Experience

the room had bonus bath salts for the jacuzzi jet tub. the blackout blinds ensured total darkness (perfect for sleeping in!). the bed was great with the sheets and selection of pillows. the staff was helpful.

The service was disappointing from the first moment. Staff answered basic questions in an uninterested manner. This set the tone for my stay.

my stay lived up to my expectations. the room was spacious and included a balcony. the location was also good and the staff was very friendly and efficient. the jacuzzi in the room was separated by glass, which could be covered for privacy.
i did not like that the pool was not free. it cost 25 euros per hour, which i think is too expensive.
