decent stay
convenient location short walk clean room noise level lively bars sleeping difficulty
the location was convenient. it was near the river and a short walk to the guggenheim museum. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.
the noise level was a concern. being in the old part of the city, the street had lively bars. many people stayed out latewith noise i could hear in my room. it made sleeping difficult.

charming stay in a great location
friendly staff helpful staff easy process common area
the staff were very friendly and helpful . i found a hair straightener in the room a useful touch. the check-in and check-out process was very easy. the hotel offered tea and coffee and i could use a fridge in the common area.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect so i could hear some street noise at night. this was a minor inconvenience though.

the reception staff provided great assistance and a friendly welcome they offered help with directions and local information. their helpful attitude contributed positively to the stay. i felt well taken care of.

friendly staff quirky design central location uncomfortable pillows loud noise tiring stairs
the staff was super friendly and helpful i loved that. the room design was so boutique and quirky i really liked it. the location was seriously central it was perfect for getting around
the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable i could not sleep well. there was a lot of noise at night i couldn't sleep through it. there were two floors to walk up with a heavy suitcase that was very tiring
