charming stay in a great location

the staff were very friendly and helpful . i found a hair straightener in the room a useful touch. the check-in and check-out process was very easy. the hotel offered tea and coffee and i could use a fridge in the common area.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect so i could hear some street noise at night. this was a minor inconvenience though.

the staff was super friendly and helpful i loved that. the room design was so boutique and quirky i really liked it. the location was seriously central it was perfect for getting around
the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable i could not sleep well. there was a lot of noise at night i couldn't sleep through it. there were two floors to walk up with a heavy suitcase that was very tiring
