a mixed experience by the coast
rude staff missing information
i was somewhat let down by the service i received at the front desk. while one staff member was helpful, the others seemed unwelcoming and sometimes rude. it. also, i was not given much information about the hotel's facilities upon arrival. basic details such as spa and gym hours were not provided, so i had to discover things myself.
