The staff was friendly.

The room felt too warm. There was no chance to get in fresh air or working AC. Constant loud music played in the reception area, annoying. As an IHG member, this stay was one of my worst experiences this year.

the hotel location was very convenient for getting around. i appreciated the helpfulness of all the staff. i found the room to be soundproof. i also liked that the breakfast was varied and quite tasty. the hotel offered convenient parking for a fee. the room was cleaned daily, and they provided coffee and water. i also enjoyed the wide variety of tapas in the restaurant. i was grateful for the staff's readiness to help and provide recommendations for local spots. the room was spacious, and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. the bathroom was also big. the location had excellent connections to all the popular attractions. i really appreciated being so close to public transportation.

Sadly the internet connection was quite poor. It kept disconnecting. the mobile phone signal in the room was also weak.

I was really happy with the location near the metro and aerobus. plenty of supermarkets around helped grab water easily. the staff were so friendly and helpful, it. i loved the restaurant by the lobby. The food was AMAZING!!! their breakfast also included local bakery goods, meats, and cheese, a good treat.

i have to mention that the wi-fi connection was unfortunately inconsistent .
