I found the staff helpful. they addressed all my inquiries promptly. my room had complimentary chocolates daily. It was a nice touch. the swimming pool area was also very clean.
The front desk staff offered excellent assistance . The pool area provided a relaxing environment, and the location of the hotel is superb. My room was spacious, and I noticed that the overall standard met high expectations. I found the staff very helpful.

I noticed the front steps to the park were walled off with plant pots. Access was difficult. This potentially restricts easy access for hotel guests wanting to enjoy the park directly.

i noticed no soap or shower gel were available in the room. they told me about a shortage due to supply issues.

I find access to transportation easy. the location are also close to attractions. it is on a hill, that's why the views of the city were amazing from my room. I enjoyed it much.
The suite I had included a balcony overlooking the sea. It also overlooked the park behind the building. The bathtub was a plus. The dining amenities were lovely.
The phone in the room did not function. There was no hot water in the shower. The staff was unfriendly, and bills lacked clarity.
