The front desk staff offered excellent assistance . The pool area provided a relaxing environment, and the location of the hotel is superb. My room was spacious, and I noticed that the overall standard met high expectations. I found the staff very helpful.

Really good Hotel Experience
spacious room excellent staff welcome drink
The beautiful double or twin room was spacious, providing ample room to relax. I found the housekeeping staff to be excellent, the room was always nothing messy. The welcome drink voucher was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a complimentary beer upon arrival.
I noticed the front steps to the park were walled off with plant pots. Access was difficult. This potentially restricts easy access for hotel guests wanting to enjoy the park directly.

the hotel enjoys a hilltop location. This provides beautiful views of the sea and port. The cable car is right next to the hotel, and this offers convenient access down to the beach.

i found the staff helpful and flexible. they showed friendly attitude so i am definitely coming back. the atmosphere felt relaxing and the spa added much to my experience. ms lynn from reception offered amazing support too.
i noticed no soap or shower gel were available in the room. they told me about a shortage due to supply issues.

lovely amenities sea view unfriendly staff unclear bills
The suite I had included a balcony overlooking the sea. It also overlooked the park behind the building. The bathtub was a plus. The dining amenities were lovely.
The phone in the room did not function. There was no hot water in the shower. The staff was unfriendly, and bills lacked clarity.
