i found the blackout curtains to be the best i have ever experienced. i could sleep well, however, the bed was only a bit above average.
I must state the room was far too small. soap was absent. A liquid type was not available. these oversights are unpardonable and suggest a lack of attention to detail. i consider it a significant failing.

i found the location really practical. The train station was close. The hop on bus was directly outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were interactive too. The room presented a good size.
the bathroom felt slightly dated, a small concern.

The hotel provides easy access to regional trains, buses, and the metro, i noticed. An airport transfer service stopping just opposite makes arrivals and departures easier. Its position is very convenient.

The room was quiet, and very clean to my surprise. The bathroom and shower worked very good. The hotel provided everything i needed. The air conditioning worked very well, it seemed.

the location proved convenient, directly adjacent to the train station. i found the easy access to transportation very helpful for exploring. the proximity to local shops and supermarkets made daily errands simple. we loved the modern looking rooms. but the subway was close by. too.
The minibar did not cool effectively, a minor inconvenience. Still i enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast buffet included a nice assortment of foods that is very normal. the restaurant staff provided excellent service. Paola and roberto were always ready to help. i was very impressed with the dining options available.

the reception staff provided excellent service and flexibility regarding checkout time. i appreciated that the hotel allowed us to keep some luggage during our travels. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. their helpfulness enhanced our experience.
