I found the staff very kind, especially the front manager. the room was very clean. Facilities and amenities were well kept. the hotel is in a very good location, just a short walk to termini. breakfast and restaurant staff were very good too.

the staff helped us with taxis and reservations.

The room i had was smaller than i expected. It was really noisy because of the street. also, the mattress felt hard. The pillows too were like stone. i did not sleep well at all

The rooms were super clean and modern. the free mini bar was a fantastic bonus! I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful and kind, really enhancing my experience. I appreciated the self-laundry facilities as well..

The sound isolation could be slightly better, especially facing the street.

Really good Hotel Experience

I appreciated the hotel's location near Termini station. The room had modern amenities, including free minibar items that were replenished daily. The air conditioning worked well, which I needed with the hot temperatures outside. I found USB ports in each wall socket very useful for charging devices.

The sound isolation from other rooms was not great. I could hear some noise.

central location attentitive staff

THE location was central. I could easily walk to major attractions. The complimentary snacks in the room were a charming touch. I appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness throughout the hotel! The breakfast buffet offered plentiful choices. I found many options that suited my tastes. The staff were always attentive and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions I had.

THE soundproofing wasn't great. I heard some street noise at night.
