Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were wonderful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating, making sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being one of the worst I have stayed in, had a garden level location under the parlor, a cozy common area. The service, however, was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was superb, right in the heart of the historic district, perfect for exploring Savannah. The dining experience was very good, with freshly cooked gourmet dishes. The facilities were average overall.
