Welcome to Hampton Inn & Suites Abilene I-20 – Abilene

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to the convention center and just off I-20. The rooms were decent, although it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room down. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with excellent food but sometimes marred by loud behavior. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the colleges in Abilene, offering a quiet area for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a very restful experience, although there was a slight musty odor upon arrival. The service was helpful with recommendations for local restaurants but lacked follow-through on some customer service issues.
