mixed experience, some disappointments

broken lamp stuffy room

The room wasn't great. It felt kinda dark, and the bedside lamp BROKE on the last day. The window didn't open either so VERY stuffy. And the shower? there wasn't a door. Water went everywhere all the time. It's a pity.

I was NOT happy with the noise. The sound insulation was terrible. I heard every step from the room above. REALLY annoying. I would have expected better given the price of the room..

umbrella rental convenience store thoughtful service

The location allows easy access to nearby restaurants. I found a convenience store just a short walk away, a very handy resource. The hotel also provided umbrella rental, a thoughtful service I didn't expect. I thought the staff was kind and the rooms had a great design.

Unfortunately, the sound insulation was not perfect. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.
