charmed by the excellent service
helpful staff free parking ground floor room dietary needs
The staff were very helpful. Jason especially, offering assistance beyond expectations. free parking was available too. i requested a ground floor room and that request was met, which i appreciated. dietary needs were also accommodated, i must say.
the tea tray had only one tea bag on arrival, though plenty of sugar. i felt the coffee amount was a bit limited.

the standard double room was clean, and well-kept, i noted. there were sufficient power outlets. the bed linen was nice. the room temperature was easily adjustable to my preference.

The location was very easy to reach. It was a quick drive from the motorway. onsite parking made arrival and departure easy. i observed a restaurant located right next to the hotel.

The room was very clean, and the provided fan was quite useful (I didn't even need to use it). I found the parking easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Wonderful stay, excellent service
first rate breakfast ample parking helpful staff
The breakfast was first rate, it was help yourself. Dinner consisted of frozen and microwave items (not a great choice, i admit). Parking was good and just off the M4. The staff went out of their way to help both in the evening and morning.
The tea tray was practically empty upon my arrival, containing only one tea bag. There were two straws of coffee and an abundance of sugar. I found only three straws of milk, generally enough for one, maybe two drinks at most.
