The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. This location made getting around simple.
I found the room rather dark and it seemed a bit shabby. There was a rusty pedal bin present.

Charming Historic Stay!

convenient locationluggage assistancereplenished water
I found the location convenient, a short walk to major attractions. The staff promptly assisted with luggage. My room had complimentary water replenished daily. I appreciated that. There was no trouble with Wi-Fi access. It worked perfectly .
The bathroom door made a loud noise when I slid it open and closed.
Service
9/10
The staff were very helpful and friendly; they always greeted me with a smile. I also found them very responsive to my questions and requests; they were very efficient. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my visit.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offered luggage assistance because of the absence of a lift, which was helpful. I noticed a cozy library and a comfortable lounge area in the lobby. These spaces added to the boutique hotel ambiance and provided nice areas to relax.
Dining
9/10
The hotel restaurant offers a menu with small plates and larger options. I observed that breakfast service was available; the menu included various choices. There is a creperie on site with wonderful service.
Rooms
8/10
The room was a good size and well-maintained, though the decor reflected an older style. My room included complimentary water, which was replenished each day. I found the bed to be comfortable, though it moved easily on the floor.
Location
10/10
The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find dining and shopping options. Circular Quay and the ferry terminals are easily accessible by walking. I also liked the weekend market in the Rocks area, it was fun.
