minor inconveniences during stay
inconsistent servicerude staff
the service felt inconsistent i had to call multiple times to get issues resolved for example a shower clog took three requests over four days to address the restaurant staff member was rude and unwelcoming pressuring me for a breakfast voucher despite alternatives like charging to the room or credit card being available a bell person also acted inappropriately at the entrance this created an unpleasant atmosphere.

the room was notably clean and quite spacious by city standards. the staff members were cute.
i arrived at the hotel around midnight. i was told that my prepaid room was unavailable. i was only offered a downgraded room. the hotel lobby is a very busy bar at night, and it made it very difficult to ask any questions.

the staff was friendly and obliging.. they clearly loved what they do. the room was luxurious with all of the trimmings. i seemed like a local living the grand life at the hotel.
i was expecting valet parking upon arrival in the rain.. i had to self park in the garage across the street. i then walked my luggage back up the entry ramp.

the deluxe king room had perfect amenities.. the bed was excellent. there were additional amenities in the bathroom. the team at the reception were gentle and professional during my stay.

the hotel has a great location in close proximity to shopping and great dining options.. soho, greenwich, and west village were easy to access. multiple metros are also nearby, as are ground zero and the highline.

the hotel bar had a nice vibe, with attentive staff.. the gym is small but has good equipment. the nye masquerade ball was a highlight. breakfast and diner options were available.

the location was very convenient for shopping. staff were polite and i found them attentive. i liked the blackout blinds and the hardwood floors were good. the room was clean.
the doorman directed us to the ramp and told us to bring our luggage back down if our room wasn't ready. he stood next to a baggage carrier.
