amazing gothic quarter getaway!

the reception staff gave excellent local gift suggestions and precise directions to the msc cruise port. they assisted us in finding two taxis on the main street during rush hour, our large group got to the port efficiently. i appreciated the quick, effective help we received when we needed transportation.
the bathroom plumbing made a strange noise during the night.

the reception staff were particularly helpful, offering tailored recommendations for local gifts, dining, and routes. one of the receptionists even accompanied us to the main street to help secure two taxis during rush hour.

breakfast included many options. most of the dishes were available from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, but they stopped adding more food when close to closing time. it was a tasty way to begin our adventures each day!

the plumbing system was noisy. i could hear it during the night. it also ran constantly from early morning. this seriously affected my rest. i also saw bugs in the bathroom. the offered compensation of free breakfast was not sufficient. it did not address the main issue of.
