adequate stay near the harbor
king size bed modern convenience helpful staff plumbing system bathroom bugs free breakfast
the room included a king size bed. modern conveniences were present. the orange juicer at breakfast was indeed amazing. the staff answered my questions helpfully.
i noticed significant noise from the plumbing system during the night. (it really affected my rest.) i also noticed some bugs in the bathroom.

amazing gothic quarter getaway!
helpful staff local gift efficient transport
the reception staff gave excellent local gift suggestions and precise directions to the msc cruise port. they assisted us in finding two taxis on the main street during rush hour, our large group got to the port efficiently. i appreciated the quick, effective help we received when we needed transportation.
the bathroom plumbing made a strange noise during the night.

the reception staff were particularly helpful, offering tailored recommendations for local gifts, dining, and routes. one of the receptionists even accompanied us to the main street to help secure two taxis during rush hour.

noisy plumbing bathroom bugs
the plumbing system was noisy. i could hear it during the night. it also ran constantly from early morning. this seriously affected my rest. i also saw bugs in the bathroom. the offered compensation of free breakfast was not sufficient. it did not address the main issue of.

secure luggage effective air conditioning
the reception staff provided assistance with local directions. they also stored my luggage securely before check-in. my room had complimentary toiletries. the air conditioning unit worked effectively during the warm days.
the elevator made a slight noise occasionally.

the location is great for getting around i could walk to many places. the staff were helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots
