From arrival, Thomas greeted me with AMAZING warmth and handled my bags SO efficiently. He also gave restaurant recommendations. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious, especially the pastries. My room had very effective air conditioning. Espresso martinis at the bar tasted particularly good. It was a PERFECT experience.
The gym was not accessible 24/7. I had to plan my workouts around its limited hours.

poor lightingmalfunctioning coffee machine
i was somewhat disappointed with my stay. the lighting in the room was quite poor making it difficult to read in the evenings. the coffee machine also malfunctioned on several occasions i found that inconvenient. i wish there was at least instant coffee available as a backup option.

the staff were very kind and professional. the doorman was super helpful and nice, assisting with directions. breakfast WAS excellent and service was great, the presentation was also good.
my room was VERY small with a terrible view and a smell of mildew. the rooftop terrace was not well-kept and was dirty. someone left wet towels.
