Unremarkable stay, SOME issues
The breakfast was decent with a variety of options.
The room service was terribly slow. One evening I waited over an hour for a simple salad. The staff seemed understaffed during peak hours, leading to long queues at reception.

water view spot-on wine
My room had AMAZING water views. It was really nicely appointed!!! The location was excellent. Accessing the ferry was super easy. The staff provided fantastic service, and the wine suggestions at the Fish Restaurant were spot on. I would return without hesitation!!!
The elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times, that's it.

wide variety buffet breakfast
I appreciated the efficient check-in process. the staff was genuinely helpful and attentive. It was really nice. breakfast included a wide variety of options. the buffet was well-stocked, and the quality of the food stood out.
The elevators experienced occasional delays during peak hours. That was just a minor inconvenience.
