The location was unbeatable for catching my early flight. i found the rooms surprisingly quiet, a major plus given the hotel's airport location. i also enjoyed the delicious room service. It was a treat after a long day.
the free movies access didn't work well because of a slow internet connection.

Acceptable Location with Failures

The location IS convenient to the international departure.
i prepaid my room. Qantas cancelled my flight so I could not stay. Sadly, they refused to refund me any portion of the stay. Terms and conditions meant Accor Gold loyalty made no difference. I advise to book a refundable rate if there is any chance of change.

Convenient and Neat Stay

I found the hotel to be neat. The beds provided a great rest. The location was also advantageous because of its proximity to the terminals. I liked that I could walk directly from international arrivals.
I did encounter an issue with the restaurant. My meal order experienced delay of over 45 minutes, and no higher staff offered an apology for this inconvenience. The reception at checkout also did not inquire about the quality of my stay.
