The room had everything i needed. It was fairly quiet. the room was exactly what i was looking for. we ordered food for the room when we arrived. It came as expected. that was very helpful.

i found the room very clean and well presented. the breakfast included a great variety of options , even eggs cooked to order. gluten free options were available , which i appreciated.
only two of them were working. the placement of light switches seemed illogical , and i often struggled to find the correct one.

i secured a suite, a grand king room, and the harbor view was amazing. the bed, it was very comfortable, just perfect for tender moments. the quiet room allowed for deep sleep, a true escape from the city.
the minibar wasn't restocked daily, a small oversight in such a grand place.

The location provided easy access to many restaurants. GREAT food was nearby.
The bed was unfortunately too firm for my liking. The pillows felt uncomfortably high. I ended up with a sore neck! the parking fee felt quite steep. It should have been included in the room rate.
