I booked the hotel for an uplifting experience. the room was boring. The housekeeping kept spraying an artificial air freshener in the corridors. the smell was strong!

This hotel is gorgeous and right outside the train station. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed without asking. The lobby bar always looked full and vibrant. There is also a mini mart with self checkout in the lobby (so convenient!), where I found snacks and drinks for purchase.

The room I booked online was not the same as the one I received. I booked a king bed room, but I was given a dark, triangular room. The room felt small compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The bottom part of the shower screen had the seal missing, so the floor was wet after each shower.

the hotel's location is excellent as it is just opposite the central train station. i found it very convenient as i walked to the grand place multiple times (it is just a few hundred meters away).

the windows were single paned, i could hear noises from the rear courtyard.

Wonderful stay near central station

The hotel's location is superb, right across from the central station. The proximity to the station made commuting very easy. It took less than thirty minutes to get a taxi to the airport without traffic. I tried the mussel menu behind the hotel at ommegang chalet and it was very good.

The executive lounge lacked beer selection at the happy hour, i found only two bottles of cheap wine.

The hotel is opposite the central station which simplifies transportation access. The grand central place is within walking distance and christmas market is just behind the hotel. This is very convenient wanting to explore the main attractions, near a lot of local food.

The queen room included a comfortable bed, as well as a nice shower. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, i did not experience any problems with it. There are many tv channels, with shows from every corner of the world to choose from.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food, offering adequate choices. Breakfast service runs smoothly thanks to the lovely staff in the dining room. There is a main bar room also on the main level that is small, but fine.

The executive lounge was a letdown. It felt cramped. the food options were quite limited too. furthermore, the staff seemed underprepared to handle the volume of guests. i found it difficult to find a clean table during peak hours and some items were not refilled promptly.
