superb location consistent housekeeping positive staff easy walk
the location is superb. it is easy to walk to many attractions. i found the housekeeping services consistently met my expectations. staff members had a positive approach.
the stairs to the room had carpet. it seemed worn in places.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the air conditioning in my room was beneficial due to the warm weather. the hotel's location was central, close to everything.
The walls were thin. I could hear noise from other guests. clean sheets had a stain. basic tea and coffee was provided in the room.

brick wall sandpaper towels
The room i booked supposedly had a canal view though it mostly overlooked a brick wall. i guess technically the canal was somewhere over there. the towels seemed like sandpaper, perhaps they are going for an exfoliating experience? also, the breakfast area was quite cramped. Maneuvering through that space with a plate was a real test of agility.

lovely stay!
friendly staff great location
The staff were very friendly. They accommodated my early arrival! they also allowed me to store my bags for a late departure, which helped a lot. the location was great, and the hotel had everything i needed, like toiletries and a hairdryer.
the carpet on the stairs to my room was a bit dirty. the room had some stains on the ceiling and wall behind the bed! the bathroom floor also needed a better clean.

There is a lift available, very convenient with heavy luggage. I did not need to carry anything up the stairs. breakfast featured fresh bread and offered a warm, cute start to the day. the lobby has comfy seating.

The room included a television for watching shows, though i didn't watch much. The bed was cozy. the provided shower offered consistent hot water, a feature i greatly appreciated! the bathroom also had fresh towels.
