great locationhelpful staffineffective airconchemical smell
the hotel is in a great location next to the belfry. the bathroom had a good shower. i found the staff to be lovely and helpful.
i found it difficult to get to sleep. the aircon was not effective. i also noticed a strong antiseptic chemical smell on the bedsheets.

poor air conditioningstreet noise
i was really hoping for a better stay, but some things let me down. first, the air conditioning in my room, a family room, didn't work well. it was uncomfortably warm, and i struggled to sleep comfortably. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the street below. i think they should improve the temperature control and sound isolation in the room.

the location was really good. the facilities were quite good. i thought the safe parking was useful and the breakfast had plenty of choices.
the location was great. the room has not been decorated and does not look like the pictures (i was a little bummed). there were dead squashed mosquitoes on the walls and large cobwebs.

the location was central to everything i wanted to see the staff at the front desk were always available the cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. i found the executive double room comfortable and well kept i appreciated its layout and design. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety each morning.
the check-in process took longer than i anticipated there were delays in getting to my room. the bathroom was smaller than i expected it felt a bit cramped. the noise from the street was noticeable especially during the early morning hours.
