I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was excellent, close to vibrant restaurants and with a view of the Winchester Mystery House, but the room cleanliness was a bit concerning with a musky odor lingering. The last-minute poolside room change was a pleasant surprise.

The high ceilings and balcony with a romantic view made it a cozy and convenient location near restaurants and attractions. The service, although courteous, lacked welcoming information upon check-in. The neighborhood, perfect for shopping and dining, did come at an additional cost for valet parking due to limited parking availability. The delightful dining experience in the courtyard offered a lovely breakfast spread. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
