A dreamy escape
lovely poolsfull spaamazing experienceparking ease
This hotel was excellent with its two lovely pools and a full spa. The staff treated us like royalty. Elsa, especially, were very good too ensure we were taken care of, a true gem. The kindness shown by all staff members was amazing. They were always available to help and provided us with the right information. New facilities gave an amazing experience. The garage provided ease, I parked the car without spending hours looking for a space.

The location was perfect. i could easily access the beach and nearby dining. the staff offered special touches. A welcome drink and complimentary popcorn.
the outdoor jacuzzi was not warm after 7 pm. this made it difficult to fully relax during the evening. i wish i could have enjoyed the jacuzzi later in the night.

I found two pools and spa facilities. elsa was accommodating with requests for our baby. the location was amazing. It.
the central air conditioning did not have options to change the temperature. the receptionist suggested opening the window when i called about it. this impacted my experience.

The room was spacious. It features a kitchenette. The fridge was useful. The patio included a covered bed lounger and a hot tub. I found it very clean. I enjoyed the music from the hotel's pool terrace. The hotel pool was refreshing with a cute patio.
The gym is tiny and rundown. The air conditioning was off. Management said it could be turned on upon request. There's no signage indicates this.

soft bedlanguage channels
The bed was too soft for my liking. i found a memory foam layer on top, which i removed. this improved it somewhat, but i still expected more for the price i paid. i also noticed limited english language channels on the tv. This was annoying.
