defective blind tallinja card
the restaurant and bar were lovely the pools were also very nice
i didn't like that my tallinja card disappeared from my room also i paid for a sea view room but the broken roller blind was not repaired despite me reporting it the window remained covered constantly i received no refund or anything similar

huge balcony varied selection
the room had a huge balcony. it included terrace furniture providing sufficient privacy (i needed that!). breakfast was top quality with a varied, delicious selection.
rooms facing the road are poorly soundproofed (i could hear the water pumps working).

amazing staff expertly mixed cocktails perfect dish
I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed every query i had. the guinness in the bar was indeed fantastic, and the cocktails were expertly mixed. i ate most meals at the hotel, and each dish was perfect.
during my visit, i noted that the sunbeds by the pool were somewhat uncomfortable, impacting relaxation.

The front desk staff offered really good assistance, facilitating smooth check-in and promptly resolving all inquiries. They demonstrated diligence and professionalism. restaurant staff were also attentive. i really appreciated their efforts.

The rooftop bar provided a fine view and relaxed atmosphere. The infinity pool offered a refreshing swim. direct access to the sea was a significant advantage. i spent a lot of time at the pool. but the view was amazing!
