clean room large bathroom helpful staff fast process

The room was clean. It included a large bathroom. The hotel staff helped me with directions to the town. The check-in and check-out process was fast.

The room got some noise from the parking lot as it was on the same level with the reception.

Facilities

The hotel includes a pool, though its use is limited outside of weekends, and it has good access to public transportation. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. This helped me start my day effectively during my travels.

easy access city center friendly staff polite staff cigarette smoke slow draining sink uncomfortable couch

i appreciated how easy it was to get to the city center from the hotel. the tram stopped just outside the hotel. the staff were also friendly and were super polite.

the room smelled a little of cigarette smoke and the sink wasn't draining very well. i also found the pull out couch to be uncomfortable. the pool area was closed.
