i appreciated how easy it was to get to the city center from the hotel. the tram stopped just outside the hotel. the staff were also friendly and were super polite.

the room smelled a little of cigarette smoke and the sink wasn't draining very well. i also found the pull out couch to be uncomfortable. the pool area was closed.
