I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and well-kept, offering a spectacular ocean view. The fully stocked mini-bar was a nice touch. The staff, from groundskeepers to waiters and maids, were all so friendly and provided top-notch service. However, there was some confusion about the number of restaurants at the hotel. The location, right along the fine sandy beach of Playa Paraiso in Mexico's Riviera Maya, was simply amazing, with so many fun activities nearby. The dining experience had many great options, although there were instances of half-eaten trays of food. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor hiccups.
