Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms are incredibly comfortable with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, complete with a relaxing ocean view balcony. The service was top-notch, with Diamond Concierge Claudia and Nathaly ensuring our every need was met. The location is perfect, with a wide beach area and lively entertainment options nearby. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of delicious options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there were a few minor issues that affected the overall experience.
